BEEF ROLL UPS 
1 - 1 1/2 lb. round steak, sliced thin for rolling
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. shortening

Pound meat thin; cut into 6 (3"x4") pieces. In small bowl combine celery and mushrooms. Place 1 tablespoon in center of each piece of meat and roll. Tie with string. In skillet melt shortening and brown rolls. In bowl combine soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and water. Pour into skillet. Cover and simmer. Turn rolls and baste occasionally, 1 1/2 hours or until done. Makes 6 servings.
