FRESH COCONUT SHEET CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (pudding in the mix)
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. frozen coconut, thawed
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

Prepare cake mix by package directions and add vanilla and 2 of the 6 ounce packages of coconut. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan.

While cake is baking, mix the sugar and milk together. As soon as the cake is done, punch holes in cake with fork. Pour milk and sugar over cake. Let cake cool. Mix remaining package of coconut and Cool Whip together. Spread over cake. Keep refrigerated.
