COTTAGE CHEESE "CORN" BREAD 
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. sour cream

Mix first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
