BROCCOLI CORN BREAD | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 (6 oz.) cottage cheese 1 stick butter, melted 4 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. salt 1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin bread mix Thaw and drain broccoli. Mix all ingredients, except Jiffy corn bread mix. Add last. Pour into greased pan, 8 x 13 inches. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. |
