SUGARLESS BANANA BREAD 
2 sm. bananas
2 med. eggs
1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
12 dates
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 walnuts, chopped

Cut up bananas and dates, put in a blender with eggs and beat to a liquid. Put in large mixing bowl and add shortening, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add flour. Stir mixture just enough to moisten. Fold in nuts. Bake in 5 x 9 inch loaf pan at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
