1 lb. pineapple & cherries fruit mix
1/2 c. flour
1 lb. pecans

Mix above together. Then add: 1/4 c. butter 2 eggs, beaten by hand 1 c. flour 1/3 c. any fruit juice (I use orange) 1 tbsp. lemon extract 1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 1/2 tbsp. milk
