CRAIG'S SHERRIED CHICKEN 
6 skinned, boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
1 container instant chicken stuffing mix (Stove Top in can)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sherry

Place chicken under broiler to sear in juices (approximately 5 minutes per side). Place in 9 inch square baking dish. Spread stuffing mix over chicken, to cover.

In large bowl, combine soup, milk, and 1/2 cup sherry. Layer over chicken 1/2 the cheese, then 1/2 of the sauce mixture; repeat.

Bake in 350 degree oven, covered, for 40 minutes. Blend in the remaining sherry after 20 minutes to insure a moist casserole.
