1 (12 oz.) can corned beef 1/2 c. mayonnaise 8 rye or wheat bread slices 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut 8 slices processed Swiss or American cheese Toast one side of bread. Combine corn beef and mayonnaise; spread on toasted side bread. Top with sauerkraut and cheese. Broil 3 minutes until cheese melts. |
