FUDGE SUNDAE PIE 
1/4 c. corn syrup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. chocolate sauce for ice cream
4 tbsp. corn syrup
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Step 1: Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring until it boils. Remove from heat. Add cereal, stirring until well coated. Press evenly in 9 inch pie pan to form crust.

Step 2: Stir together peanut butter, chocolate sauce and 4 tablespoons corn syrup. Spread half the peanut mixture over crust. Freeze until firm.

Step 3: Allow ice cream to soften slightly. Spoon into frozen crust. Spread evenly. Drizzle remaining peanut butter mixture over top. Freeze until firm.
