GRANDMA EDNA'S STUFFING 
3 c. bread croutons
1 liver
1 gizzard
1 heart
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 celery sticks
Chopped parsley
1 beaten egg
Salt & pepper

Brown the croutons in butter. Add ground beef and ground up liver, gizzard, heart and celery. Then add chopped parsley to taste. Add beaten egg and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add milk and stir until dissolved into the bread croutons. Put in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, until browned.
