SALMON MOUSSE 
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 lg. can salmon
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
Dill, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
2 egg whites

Soften gelatin in lemon juice for 5 minutes. Heat and dissolve. Squeeze juice from salmon; pick out bones and skin. Mash salmon with fork; combine with onion, gelatin, mayonnaise, sour cream and seasonings. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture.
