HAMBURGER MUSHROOM CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 2 cans Campbell mushroom soup 1 c. uncooked rice (once it is cooked will be right amount) 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional) 1 med. onion, diced small (optional) Saute in butter to taste. Brown the hamburger, steam the rice. Mix all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste. |
