HAMBURGER MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
4 lg. potatoes, sliced
1 lg. onion, diced
French mushrooms (optional)

Mix 1 can water and onion soup mix with mushroom soup. Layer sliced potatoes in buttered casserole dish, cover, with ground beef, diced onion, and fresh mushrooms (sliced). Pour soup mixture over this to cover heavily. Repeat layers until ingredients are exhausted. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
