DUTCH SKILLET PANCAKE | |
3 eggs, beaten 1 c. flour 1 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt Mix well. Grease skillet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then 375 degrees for 15 minutes. This will puff up then fall when removed from the oven. Fill the concave with fruit or serve with butter and syrup. My favorite is several fruits with the juice thickened with cornstarch, then served with whipped cream. |
