DUMPLINGS (1000 DOLLAR) 
4 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. Accent
2 c. soft bread crumbs, crusts removed
1/4 c. onions, minced fine
1/4 c. chopped parsley
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix together all the ingredients. Spoon onto an oiled surface and steam for 3 minutes or drop into hot liquid (stew freicassles). Simmer for 20 minutes. Cover tightly and simmer for 10 minutes more. Yield: 12 to 15 dumplings.
