TURKEY IN A BAG 
Turkey
shortening
Butter
Large brown bag

Place turkey in shallow pan. Butter the turkey. Rub inside of paper bag with shortening. Slip buttered turkey inside of bag with the seam side of bag up. Fold ends of bag (allowing 5 inches at end so juices can collect for gravy). Clip bag at ends with paper clips or stable. Roast turkey at 325 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. Split sack (remove bird, pour juice in saucepan and make gravy.
