1 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. chopped nuts 1 1/2 sticks butter Mix butter, flour and press in nuts. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool. 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip Mix first 3 ingredients well, then fold in Cool Whip. Mix and spread on crust. Leave for 1 hour. Refrigerate. 2 sm. boxes instant lemon pudding, add 2 1/2 c. milk Spread mixture over cheese, then add Cool Whip. Freeze until ready to serve. |
