PEPPER SAUCE 
peppers
white vinegar
water

You will need any size jars with lids.

Wash and dry pepper. Take 1 jar of your choosing and use it to measure. Put 1 jar of vinegar and 1/2 jar of water into a pan. Heat to almost boiling, but do not boil. Stuff peppers in the jars as full as you like. Pour liquid over peppers and seal. Let stand for about 24 hours to blend.
