POLISH SAUSAGE WITH APPLE, KRAUT
AND NOODLES
 
3 c. apples, cored and sliced (unpeeled)
32 oz. sauerkraut, drained
1 c. apple juice
1 pkg. Polish sausage, cut into chunks
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. caraway seed
2 c. noodles

In crock-pot, stir together all ingredients. Cook on low temperature setting for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 8 hours. Cook 2 cups noodles according to package directions. Add to crock-pot 1/2 hour before serving.

Note: This works great to put on when you leave for work, also for potlucks.
