SAUCY BEEF BARBECUE 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast, cut into serving pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients in baking pan or large casserole. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, then reduce temperature to 250 degrees and bake for about 6 hours.
