CROCK POT STEAK | |
2 lbs. round steak 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can water 1/2 can wine (optional) 1 med. onion, sliced thinly If wine is not used, use 1 can water. Cut steak into serving size pieces. Season with Morton's Nature's Seasoning or just salt and pepper. Brown in frying pan with small piece of butter. Place steak pieces in crock pot and cover with onion. Dilute mushroom soup with water and wine, or just water. Pour over steak and onions. Cover crock pot and either set on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours. Serve broth over rice or noodles. |
