CRISPY TREATS 
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
1 c. corn flakes
1 sm. pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Combine corn syrup, brown sugar and salt in a large saucepan. Heat mixture until it boils. Stir in peanut butter then remove from heat. Add vanilla, corn flakes, Rice Krispies and chocolate chips. Press mixture into a buttered square pan (9 x 9 x 2 inches is best). Chill for 1 hour. Cut into bars and store in refrigerator.
