3 tubes buttermilk biscuits 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. ice cream Combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut each biscuit into 4th's. Roll into balls and coat with cinnamon sugar mixture. Put in buttered Bundt pan. Can put remaining sugar over biscuits. Put remaining ingredients into saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over biscuits. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of oven; let stand 1-3 minutes. Turn Bundt pan over onto plate and serve. |
