BOILED NORTH CAROLINA COOKIES

2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk

Mix and boil 1 1/2 minutes only. Add:

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. uncooked or raw oatmeal

Mix well. Drop by spoon on wax paper.
