3 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt together; make 3 holes with spoon. Add vanilla in one hole, vinegar in one hole and oil in last hole. Add water on top of mixture and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 to 40 minutes for 9x13 inch pan. Test with toothpick. Not necessary to grease pan.
