PAY DAY BARS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanuts
6 c. Rice Chex

Bring sugar and Karo syrup to a boil; remove from stove. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour peanuts and Rice Chex over mixture; mix well. Pour into jelly roll pan or 9 x 12 inch pan. Cool, then cut.
