BALAL (CHARCOAL ROASTED CORN ON

3 tbsp. salt
2 qts. water
8 ears of corn, shucked

Prepare charcoal fire and dissolve salt in warm water. When the coals are ready, roast the corn on all sides, turning frequently. Plunge roasted corn into salted water, serve immediately.
