NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham crackers
1/3 stick butter
1/4 c. sugar

For graham cracker crust, combine ingredients in bowl. When well mixed, line the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
15 oz. condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat ingredients in mixer; pour into shell. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish top of pie with any fruit-flavored pie filling, if desired.
