JELLO/FRUIT SALAD 
6 (6 oz.) pkgs. Jello (your choice)
12 c. boiling water
9 c. juice/water mixture
2 commercial size cans & 4 reg. cans fruit (your choice)

Drain fruit in large colander. Reserve juice and measure. Add enough water to make 9 cups. Refrigerate fruit and juice/water mixture. In a very large bowl mix 6 packages Jello with 12 cups boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Pour into large food storage container. Add 9 cups fruit/water mixture and drained, chilled fruit.

Mix, cover and refrigerate. Some fruit may settle or float and need to be stirred as Jello begins to set. This quantity needs to be made one day ahead of serving.
