AMARETTO CREAM | |
15 oz. ricotta cheese 16 oz. cream cheese 1 c. granulated sugar 8 fresh egg yolks (Grade AA) 6-8 tbsp. Amaretto liqueur (Sr. C. substitutes almond extract) 4-6 tbsp. heavy cream Blend all together until smooth. Store in covered glass jar in refrigerator. Great dip or pour over for raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or other desserts. Yield: about 3 pints. |
