KROUT CASSEROLE 
1 qt. sauerkraut
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. noodles, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cheese, shredded

Put sauerkraut (without draining) in bottom of 9x13" pan. Brown beef and onion and drain. Put over kraut. Add uncooked noodles. Mix 2 cans of soup together and spread over noodles. Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake another 25 minutes, uncovered.
