SOUR DOUGH EGG AND CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1 loaf sour dough bread (round) 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated 2 pkgs. Armanio San Francisco seasoning 9 eggs, beaten 1 qt. milk Celery salt, Italian seasoning, MSG. Mix cheese, seasonings, eggs and milk. Take crust off bread and cube bread. Spread bread in greased 9"x13" pan. Carefully pour liquid mixture over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can add sausage, chilies, ham, mushrooms, etc. if desired. |
