1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 med. onion 1 can corn 1 can tomatoes (drain off juice) 2 cans Chef Boy-Ar-Dee pizza sauce 1 bag Mozzarella Cheese (shred) 1 sm. box lasagna noodles Fry hamburger and onion, drain. Add corn, tomatoes, pizza sauce. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt or cloves, to taste. Cook 1/2 hour on low. Cook noodles while this is cooking. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Put in layers of noodles, sauce, cheese. Bake about 1/2 hour on 350 degrees. If you like cottage cheese you can cook that in the sauce, also. |
