CARROT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. carrots

Cook until tender and drain. Mix:

1 stick butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Add to carrots.

Place in casserole. Top with:

1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
