PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1/2 can pineapple juice, drained from pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 lb. grated mild cheese
Butter
Hi Ho crackers

Drain pineapple, reserving the juice. Set aside chunks. Combine juice, sugar, and flour mixing until smooth. Cook until thick, stirring frequently. Place pineapple and cheese in buttered casserole and pour sauce over. Put crushed crackers on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 4-6 servings.
