PEACH CRUMBLE 
8 sliced peaches, fresh, canned or frozen
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour

Arrange sliced peaches in buttered 8 inch baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Blend flour, brown sugar, salt, and butter. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
