CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. Minute Rice
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. cheese, grated
3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 pkg. broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup

Place rice in bottom of casserole dish; par boil broccoli and drain. Place broccoli on top of rice. Dissolve chicken cube in 1 cup hot water and mix with soup. Pour this mixture over chicken and broccoli and rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
