LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. parsley
2 (6 oz. ea.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper, to taste
1 can tomatoes with juice (about 2 cups)
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
9 lasagna noodles

Simmer all ingredients except the Mozzarella cheese and noodles. Cook noodles as directed and drain. Place a layer of noodles on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with Mozzarella cheese, simmered meat sauce and repeat until the ingredients are used. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before serving.
