FROZEN FRUIT POPS | |
1 c. mashed ripe banana 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained 1 c. unsweetened orange juice 2 tsp. lemon juice Combine all ingredients and pour into 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Freeze until almost firm. Spoon mixture into a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy smooth. Spoon mixture into frozen bar forms. Freeze until firm. 28 calories. Food exchange per frozen fruit pop: 2/3 fruit. |
