FROSTY FRUIT POPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Starburst fruit chews
2 1/2 c. water
1 3/4 c. applesauce

Combine candies and 1/4 cup water in heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until candies are melted and well blended. Add the remaining water and applesauce; mix well. Pour about 1/3 cup mixture into each of 12 (5 ounce) paper Dixie cups; freeze until partially set, about 1 hour.

Insert 1 flat wooden ice cream stick into center of each partially frozen pop; freeze until firm. To serve: Peel cups from around the pops.
