CRAB MEAT MOLD 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
12 oz. crab meat
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat cream cheese and soup until soft, stirring constantly. Combine gelatin and hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add to cream cheese soup mixture. Stir well. Add mayonnaise, onion, crab meat, salt and pepper. Stir well. Spray Jello mold with non-stick spray. Put mixture into mold and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers or mini pumpernickel or rye breads.
