STUFFING BALLS 
1 1/2 loaves Italian bread, cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped
1 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper

Take 1 (10 ounce) can of cream of chicken mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water. Mix together. Set aside part of soup. Pour rest over above ingredients. Make 12 large balls; put in baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and add 1 teaspoon of soup mixture on each ball and bake for 10 more minutes.
