PUMPKIN CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. (15 oz. can) pumpkin
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts and-or chocolate chips

Cream eggs and sugar. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
