1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 c. canned applesauce
1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (regular)
1/2 c. salad oil
1 env. Dream Whip
3 eggs
1/2 c. water

Mix and pour into two 8 inch cake pans or one 8 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done when a toothpick comes out clean. Variations: Can also use this combination: Spice cake mix, canned pumpkin, vanilla pudding, instead of ones listed. Or also these three instead: Lemon cake mix, canned pumpkin, vanilla pudding.
