POTATO COOKIES 
3/4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. flaked coconut
1/4 stick paraffin wax
1 bag chocolate chips

Mix together first 3 ingredients; chill until cooled. Take out and roll into 1 inch balls, insert toothpicks. Refrigerate for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. In double boiler, melt 1/4 stick paraffin wax with 1 bag chocolate chips. Dip 1 inch balls in melted chocolate and wax. Put on wax paper, take toothpicks out and fill in holes with chocolate. Refrigerate until cool.
