SWEET POTATO COOKIES 
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. mashed, cooked, sweet potatoes

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:

Cream 1/4 cup soft butter and 1/4 cup peanut butter. Mix in 1 box (16 oz.) confectioners' sugar while adding enough milk to make frosting of spreading consistency.
