SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lb. extra lean hamburger
2 tbsp. Morton's tender quick
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. mustard seed

Mix meat and seasoning together until blended, add water work into meat mixture. Shape into rolls the size of a Ritz cracker, wrap rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Unwrap and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees in pan with rack. Meat will look red when done. Refrigerate or freeze.
