FROZEN OREO CAKE 
Crush 2 rows of Oreo cookies. 1/2 cup butter, melted. Mix together and sprinkle in 9 x 13 inch pan. Don't pat. Freeze for 20 minutes.

Spread with 1/2 gallon softened ice cream. Freeze about 4 hours or until solid.

Topping: 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk, 3 squares of natural chocolate melted, 1/2 cup butter melted. Boil 8 minutes. Cool. Spread over ice cream. Sprinkle nuts on top. Keep frozen. Serves about 15. Very rich.
