1 pkg frozen Oreos, blend and set aside
1 stick softened butter
8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 medium bowl Cool Whip
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 c milk.

Blend Oreos and set aside. Blend butter and cream cheese and set aside. Fold Cool Whip into chocolate pudding and milk. Alternate layers of cookie crumbs with pudding mixture and butter cream cheese mixture. Start and end with cookie crumbs.
