DILLY BUTTER GARLIC SAUCE 
3 Cups Butter
4 cloves Minced Garlic
2 tbsp. Fresh or 2 tsp. Aired Dill
1/ cup Lemon Juice

Fry garlic in 1 Tbsp. butter, being careful not to burn garlic. Add rest of butter and dill. Melt butter and remove from heat. Add lemon juice. Use on Shishkabob with shrimp, chicken, potatoes, green pepper, onion, tomatoes, etc.
